How these numbers were put together
Drink tickets are counted as drink, not foodCounter line items are classified by their menu category. The $7 “Ticket” item lives in the kitchen system but the menu files it under Drinks, so it is reported as drink.
Wristband spending is not added twiceFood and merch bought with wristband credit appear once, in their own category. The wristband figures in section 07 are the payment method, not extra revenue.
Refunds are netted offDrink counts and revenue are shown after refunded transactions.
Only paid counter orders countKitchen orders still awaiting payment are excluded.
Staff attribution is not availableBar transactions record the logged-in account rather than who served, and the merch stand records no staff at all. If each server signs in on their own account, per-staff reporting becomes possible.
